This first season will run through mid June, and we’ll pick up again in September, giving you plenty of time to catch up on episodes.

Heather Cox Richardson’s Letters from an American which puts the news into historical context. If anyone has a connection to HCR, I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have her on the podcast. She also has an awesome podcast Now and Then with Yale history professor Joanne Freeman, which I also highly recommend. Joanne Freeman would be amazing for the pod also!
Popular Info by Judd Legum. Legum is an independent journalist who writes really influential pieces: “News for People Who Give a Damn.” This is the most important stuff happening in the US today. I wouldn’t even dream of getting him on the pod…he’s (along with HCR and Joanne Freeman) are in the stratosphere while I’m here on the ground. But still, if anyone has a connection, I wouldn’t say no (yes, that’s huge understatement).
