Wow, I guess they’ll have to change what Schedule F meant, now that no one in the Executive Branch is allowed to create policy anymore. This is truly jaw dropping and damn dangerous.
Two other podcasts are helpful in this regard: Sisters in Law and Strict Scrutiny, both run by very smart lady lawyers. These rulings are awful! We really do need not just to elect Biden but also take the House and keep the Senate, then hopefully expand the Supreme Court to get some liberals to counteract the excessive disgustingness (if that’s even a word) of the current court, which was stolen by Mitch McConnell.
