I'm writing a book about neurodivergent communication based on my own lifetime of experience as an autistic savant and lots of research articles. So the name thing happens because of brain patterns.
Zev Shalev is a rhyming name. The human brain had music circuits before spoken words. Spoken words long before writing. Lev Parnas is a person with part of Zev Shalev's name as a first name.
Different senses come with slightly different time delays from the brain in terms of milliseconds, your brain stitches them all together later to create a unified experience. Sound and visual information have different "speeds" in the brain. Your brain is adjusting your senses constantly to the future....you actually live in the past.
Rhymes are fun. Basically the brain gets excited and jumps to the end then forgets to fill in the middle. You can also see this in action with those jumbled letter illusions where the first and last letter are kept the same. Because Lev is a first name that does similar work, the brain gets confused very often. Zev and Lev appear on shows together, it reinforces this rhyming brain pattern. Lev Parnas lacks a rhyming name so it doesn't happen as often, if at all.
