It's not that far a stretch. In North Dakota, the Republicans stripped anyone living on the rez of voting rights by demanding a street address. Trump disenfranchised an entire First Nation, for having the gall to build a casino nearish one of his.
It’s not that far a stretch at all. Stephen Miller’s family escaped Nazi Germany, but apparently the lesson he took was to be on the side of the Nazis. Nobody will be safe…not First Nations, not Latinos, not Blacks, Jews, or LGBTQ+. Not even American citizens will be safe. We have to be aware of the stakes. Thanks for your comment.
My 86 year old father lives on Standing Rock Rez. He was a Republican all his life until the orange menace. He saw first hand how horrible the Republican Party is with everything they do to the indigenous people there. Never thought he would not be a republican but it happened thanks to their overt hatred of everyone and everything.

While I think this is good let me note that violence is already happening. Ballot boxes have been set on fire in two cities already. The goal is not just to prime them for violence after the election but during, to create as much chaos as they can to potentially justify the house "deciding" for Trump.
If you are from a blue state or cannot go to a battleground state, your volunteer work is needed to do ballot-curing through VoPro Pros and the Harris/Walz campaign. Info on ballot-curing is in this article on the Substack newsletter The Grassroots Connector:

Know that lower level offices on the ballot can actually choose our next president: not the popular vote, nor even the electoral college – but rather through a Trumpist electoral coup in a “contingent election” (which was Trump’s “little secret” with Mike Johnson at the Madison Square Garden rally). Vote a COMPLETE ballot to stop it, and if you split your ticket VOTE STRATEGICALY for certain lower level offices. Read the article to learn more about what a contingent election is, and to know what you’re doing when you vote. A vote at the top of the ticket is not enough – independents and Republican cross-over voters, this goes especially for you. Share the article so that the 30% of voters who normally don’t vote a complete ballot will learn about the importance of doing so. Spread the word.
